Coordinator Help: Viewing Group Reports
To access the Group Reports:
- Click the "Choose Product" drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the screen and select the Learning System.
- On the Learning System menu screen, select the Group Reports tab.
- Select a session from the Select Session drop-down list.
- Select a report.
- Enrollment Information Report
This report shows the enrollment status of all your group members. - Topic Report
For each of the section-specific extended quizzes, this report lists the topics and shows the number of questions asked on each topic and the average score on each topic's questions for the group. - Extended Quiz Report
This report shows the individual users' results on each of the extended quizzes. - Pre-Test/Post-Test Comparison Report
This report compares individual users' results on the pre-test and the post-test.
5. Click View Report button.
PLEASE NOTE:
You can drill down on each learner in your group(s) by selecting their name once in a report. This will take you to the Reports tab for that individual. Click the Group Reports tab to return to the group results.
